Thats fairly standard for most all your food delivered meal plans like Zone chefs or whatever.
140 bucks a week for all your food and snacks isnt bad when you think of it that way. Where could you buy 3 preprepared meals a day with delivery for less.
Not that I think buying all your food premade is a good diet plan though.

You can also get a better deal by goinbg direct to Bistro MD (where the food comes from) ... at least there are more options for the plan (# of meals).
