Bike for a 2 year old
We want to buy Benji a bike for his second birthday...
Which one would you recommend?

Re: Bike for a 2 year old
I personally really like that Fold 2 Go Trikes. The one with the primary colors is the one I wanted for Michael. He ended up with a different one from my inlaws - it's red and I think it's a Radio Flyer, although not the one that's pictured on that site posted.
Also, Michael's feet still do not completely reach the peddles on his yet. I think the fold 2 go is a bit smaller which would've been perfect... ah well...
Have fun shopping!

Lauren, I liked that Fold one too but I read the review and everyone says that it tips over all the time...

I don't think there's an easy way to avoid that at this age. Let me see if I can find Michael's and I'll post it. The back of it is actually made WIDER so that it will avoid tipping, but to be honest the bikes are so light that anything can tip especially when they are trying to get on.
I'll be right back!
ETS - I can't find Michael's at all... I'll keep searching.

Re: Bike for a 2 year old
I have that fold and go in the red and blue and yellow. It is real cute. Kevin has tried it out a few times and he can't really pedal yet but her tries real hard. He can do it only for a few turns right now. It hasn't tipped over at all but we have only tried it a handful of times since the weather hasn't been bike riding weather and wea re trying to keep this as an "outdoor" toy unlike all his other ride on and trikes.

I saw that too and that is the only bike that looked decent. I am going to investigate further! They have cute girl bikes..what about the boys!

Re: Bike for a 2 year old
We got Sarah a Radio Flyer red trike from BRU. We haven't been able to use it yet, it's been yucky out the past few weekends and I want DH around to play with her.

I have noticed that too! Everything is pink, purple or has Dora the explorer on it... What happened with all the boy bikes?
