Bike Trailers...does anyone use them and do you feel that
I'm looking into getting a bike trailer for the spring/summer since gas is getting costly and it would be a nice alternative to taking the car up the block to the park, the foodstore, etc.
Does anyone have an recommendations and also, do you feel they're safe (i.e. cars will see it, how secure do you feel with it attached, etc.)?

There a bunch of mixed reviews on their safety.
I love the idea but would personally not use them with DS on an actual road shared with cars.

I use them. They are a necessity where I live. Everyone takes the kids out in them daily. You even see moms taking their kids to preschool/elementary school in them.
ETA that we have an In Step bike trailer.
