Biological question... maybe TMI

Is there anyway you can "move" your period along....so that you get it quicker (obviously not sooner than your 28-day cycle but after)

Meaning, I want to get AF before I go on vacation. Is there anything I can do to have her come sooner? Do you think sex has anything to do with it? Chat Icon

I used to be a dance teacher and it seemed like every year I was "due" around recital time. My mom would give us 2 aspirin, make us take a hot bath and when we were old enough, we would drink a glass of red wine. It seemed to always work and my sister still does this now.

We werent on the pill.

I've done this before..I skipped the last two pills in my pack, got it two days early..but then of course started the new pack after the 7 days of placebo...I did this for two months so that i could manipulate not having it for my honeymoon..worked perfectly :)

I did the same thing but with a hot shower, then freezing cold. My friend called it shocking your period. It did work sometimes.
