Birth Certificate
So it has been a month and I have not gotten it.
Should I call someone? and who do I call?

I called the hospital since I filed all the paperwork with them.

I called the town. Turns out they do not automatically send a birth certificate anymore. You have to send & check & apply for it, even though I filled out the paperwork at the hospital (that just registers the birth with the state).
