Bitting???????????????
Ok- we have a slight problem here. My nephew is just about 16 months, and he is bitting. Now this isnt a teethin issue, or atleast it doesnt appear that way. He is intentionally bitting when you tell him no! He bites my sister, he bit the teacher the other day, he bit another child in class, and he bit my daughter the other day. Now being that he is still young, how do you repremand him? Has anyone else experienced this? I told my sister she has to stay persistant with this, she cant let him get away with bitting people. If she does its only going to escalade into something else. Please help??

Re: Bitting???????????????
The BEST advice someone gave me and this goes for ANYTHING not only biting is NOT TO REACT to it. Typically they do it for a reaction and when they get one they repeat it. I know its hard not to react because my son bit down on my finger the other day soooooooo hard I screamed in pain. Good Luck!
