BK's Website (pregnancy, food related)
just wanted to share that Burger King's website is pretty darn snazzy....
i wanted something for lunch that i haven't had 8,000 times since the GD diagnosis.....so i was like, what can i do that's quick and simple...
So - I went to BK's website and they have their nutritional breakdown on there for each item.
The better part is that you can put ALL items that you're going to get into a menu sheet and see exactly how many carbs, calories, fat, etc. that you will have for that meal!!
I just really appreciated it and wanted to share!

seriously - i am SO BORED food wise....i just wanted something I haven't had - ya know?
another perk is that they break down each PART of the food - so the bun is 26 carbs, the burger is 0 carbs, etc...
it really, really helped me out today (and Emma seems to be VERY happy - she's become quite active since i ate)...

ya know - i've NEVER EVER had a wendy's burger....i've always done their chicken....

i'll have to try that next time i go out for lunch, I've been avoiding the fast food restaurants like the plague. But every once in a while should be ok.
