At what part? In the last episode, Reddington was brought to the FBI facility because they received intel that he was going to be attacked. The building was attacked and he was removed by that group (forget their name). Reddington got freed and he went after all the people that did this to him. In the meantime he knew about the case Keen was working on and told her to look at the injuries of those people they were finding. Turns out it was a guy that worked in different hospitals that had assisted on abuse cases (he saw the patient's past injuries) and he went after the abusers.

In this episode what confused me is then whose the mole? And who was the guy that Reddington killed? I get thats the guy that sold him out but who was he to reddington? And why did they sell him out?
