Re: bleu cheese

I stay away from any imported cheeses- they're usually nto pastuerized. But the blue cheese they sell in the supermarket is made from pastuerized milk, so I eat it all the time- on salads, steaks, etc...

Re: bleu cheese

If it's pasturized, it's fine. Most of the stuff from the grocery store is fine --just check the labels. I found a delicious blue cheese vinigrette dressing that I'm totally obsessed with at the grocery store. I checked the ingredients and it said the cheese was pasturized, so I think it's fine.

Re: bleu cheese

I bought some crumbled that is pastuerized. I probably would not eat it out though because you don't know if they used past. cheese or not
