I can't take it anymore... anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it or at least reduce it? I am 11 weeks.

Working out helped a bit at times but it was pretty constant for me in the beginning. It does pass though, if I'm remembering correctly you should be feeling better in the next few weeks.

Agreed. I feel like the bloat just turns into a little bump and then you just get bigger from there.
