Re: bloating early on
Bloating is very common. I looked like I was 4 months PG until about 12 weeks when the bloating went down, I looked smaller but started to get a "real" baby belly

Re: bloating early on
Bloat is TOTALLY normal in the beginning. In a couple of weeks it will go down and then you'll start seeing a real belly emerge. For now if your pants don't fit, try buying a Bella Band or Tummy Tube or, my take a hair elastic and use it to connect the button of your pants through the hole on the other side. That does the trick until you need to go full on maternity pants later.

Re: bloating early on
Yup... I was sooo bloated and it just started going down at 12 weeks. I was first depressed b/c we had dinner a few weeks ago with friend and she's about 6 months and looks tiny. I told DH I'm bigger than her! Now it went down and my pants are fitting again... till I grow some more.

Re: bloating early on
Yes, very bloated the WHOLE pregnancy. I could not zip my pants at 8 weeks and that was it for me. From that time on I was in maternity clothes.

Re: bloating early on
I'm coming up on 9 weeks and I've been extremely bloated everyday. Especially at the end of the day. So I definitely get where you're coming from.

Re: bloating early on
Bloating is normal during the first trimester. I thought I was huge b/c of the bloating. I look back at pictures of my belly then and laugh b/c I was not huge at all, especially compared to my belly now.
You can try a rubber band or the bella band if your pants aren't fitting. I was wearing a bella band by 9 weeks. Some people don't like it, but I was able to wear my regular pants for a lot longer b/c of the bella band.
