bloating, intense food cravings, mood swings....anything work?
For you lovely ladies who get afflicted with PMS, do you take anything that actually WORKS? I feel like I eat everything that isn't nailed down for 2-3 days before.......and I feel like I've gained 5 lbs, too. Has anyone taken PMS medications that work?

i love midol. it doesn't help with the food cravings, but it does help with the bloating and moodiness.
