Bloody Show (TMI)

Last night I definitely had my bloody show. It was about 5pm and I went to the bathroom and about 1/2cup of mucus tinged w. blood came out. It has been so bad that every time I go to the bathroom it's an excesive amount (still going on as we speak...can we really have that much mucus). I mucus is just leaking out of me when I sit/stand, etc.

I just called the on call doctor and he said to call back in 3hrs if I still have the discharge because he wants to make sure that's all that it really is. What else can it be? My water breaking? I thought the water breaking was a liquid not a mucus.

I'm confused and concerned...has this happened to anyone else?

With my last pregnancy never saw the mucous plug and no clue when my water broke.. just woke up in labor... so no advice but lots of being sent.. Hope its your little one saying MOmmy ready to come meet you and daddy!!

I have tons of mucous! I think I have been losing my MP in bits and pieces, but I really have no clue!
