Bloomingdales Gift Card..
Can I buy them somehere other than Bloomingdales?? I dont have one near me, and I am NOT driving all the way to Huntington from Coram just to get one for my SIL.
Do any stores ell them?

many places allow you to call one in. don't know about bloomies but i do it for restaurants all the time

You can buy them online, but I heard that Stop and shop has them as well.
Personally I would buy them at the store or online.
