Blue Vinyl Mini Blinds...
Does anyone know where I can find them?
I need them for my son's bedroom. I don't want the aluminum since he'd probably break them. I need a nice bright darker blue. Has anyone seen them in Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Walmart, etc??? Thanks!
I live in NC, so it would have to be a chain store.

Ive definitely seen them in Walmart here in NY.
ETA: I reread your Q - the ones Ive seen are light blue
