BM of 2 month old - TMI

My DS is 2 months old and I EBF. this morning he had a weird bm. It was niormal color but also contained this white stringy dischatge (TMI). He appears fine - eating ok, no temp. should i be concerned... my mom said wait for the next bm and see if it is there and then call the dr.

sounds like mucus. Is he stuffy at all?

yes he is stuffy - the white stringy stuff looks almost like elastic white stuff - sorry to be so gross - almost like when you pull heated mozzarella cheese!

I hear ya, nothing is gross anymore when you have kids. Poo talk is common I think it could be swallowed mucus.

my friend said the same thing. he is starting to get saliva so that might be it. i never thought i would be staring and poking at poo! as long as it isn't a parasite or something

Has he been chewing on socks or any toy that little pieces of might have gotten digested?

My nephew chewed/sucked on red socks and had little red strings in his diaper.

my friend asked me that but no, he hasn't chewed on anything, i am going to check his next diapers and see, but i a little nervous about it. I looked it up on the internet and forget it...I am now very nervous
