Bobby Brown Gel Eyeliner
i swear by this stuff. it stays on all day and does not flake off like pencil eyeliner. i have oily skin and it really stays put on me, everything else seems to run, even waterproof. if you haven't tried it, i am telling you that you must. a little pricey but lasts a long time

ITA! It's the best eyeliner. It's a little tricky at first using a brush to put it on but it lasts all day long and it doesn't smudge.
