Boces Children's Readiness Center
My daughter has a screening here the beginning of April for entering preschool. It's in Bellmore. Her speech teacher said it is a very good school. It is actually one school I didnt get a chance tio visit yet. Just wanted an opinion of LIF-ers!

I used to work there! I am a speech teacher. GREAT SCHOOL. They are ABA focused and the preeschool is nice. It is a collaborative model. Each classroom has a teacher and speech teacher in it. No direct speech services.
Great school for the students.

Once your child is screened by BOCES, they will determine which center she would qualify for and then you are able to visit the school.
CRC is a very good school and it's 2nd on my list (if he is approved for that one), there is one other BOCES that is really good.. i think its ECC, but that is for lower functioning children
