Bodybugg-My review and opinion
I am not sure if anyone has posted this before but I have read a few people who inquired about the Bodybugg. For those who don't know what it is it is the band that you see the contestants on the biggest loser wearing. Basically you wear it on your left tricep and it calculates the calories you burn and steps you take. You then link it to your computer (it is Mac compatible--I only have Mac's) and it downloads to a program where you can enter what you have eaten and it gives you a calorie defecit or surplus. U track your weight and your goals. I wanted to wait until I was on it for a while before I reviewed. I have wanted on of these for a very long time and they are expensive but IMO totally worth the money. I used the BB for 10 weeks and lost 21 lbs. I was looking to lose 2 lbs per weeks and it set me up with a goal for how many calories I needed to burn. For me it was the best thing because it shows you how active you are. I spend most of my day sitting at my desk so it really forced me to be active. I can't review the display because I didn't get it. I just got the bug and I hook it up to the computer. I absolutely love this and it has been by far the best diet tool I have used. Just wanted to share my opinion on this. It definitely is an investment. Hope this helps anyone interested in it!

I just got one for Christmas. We got a great deal at Costco. The band with a one year subscription for $179.
I'm still figuring it out and not following the food plan as I should be but I plan to. I think this is going to be an awesome tool. I am very excited about it.

That is a really good deal. I haven't been using their food plans. I have just been logging my calories. Good luck!

Re: Bodybugg-My review and opinion
I'm getting the BB from COSTCO as well, my company has an annual fitness stipend so that will go towards this. Can't wait to use it!

Oh that's awesome your company does that.
Maybe the 3 of us and anyone else who get one can keep checking in with each other.

Re: Bodybugg-My review and opinion
I would love to keep up with how its working for all of us!
I am wearing it for the first time today. It really motivated me during my am run and I'm logging all I eat online. Website is fairly easy to navigate and I don't notice I'm wearing the bugg.

I am loving it! I have my first weigh in on Tuesday but I find seeing the numbers in black and white so motivating and eye opening. I think I can learn a lot with this tool and the software.

Hi Ladies!
I have a question:
Can you see it under your clothes? I don't feel like explaining it to everyone at work lol.

Re: Bodybugg-My review and opinion
I don't seem to really see it. Nobody has asked, 'what's that?' But that's just my experience. Obviously with sleeveless shirts/shells in the summer it's not going to be hidden.
