Anyone ever try the workouts on this site? They seem short but intense and I'm thinking of adding them to my routine (I'm on my last 30 days of Power90) to rev it up a bit and kick start my loss again. Any thoughts?

I did the 30 day challenge fitness test today as an add-on to my workout. It was tough, and I felt tired after, which is great. You think adding the daily workouts to my routine will kick it up a notch for me? Most of the workouts are only like 12 minutes...it's almost tough to believe they are working at all.

That's the poiint of high intensity cardio. You don't need to do an hour to get a great workout and burn fat. 2 of my cardio sessions each week are high intensity in nature. Ido intervals, or sprints ando ne of my weight workouts combines functional/strength moves with cardio moves. Kick butt workout!

Yeah, I'm actually feeling it today, and I haven't been sore after my p90 workouts in like, over a month (except for some occasional twinges when I push myself particularly hard). I think I've found my new favorite thing! Thanks!

Hi you! I've been doing their 30 day challenge which is 1 workout a day but I also do my Power 90 workout, so I always do 2 workouts for a total of 45-60 minutes.
