haha, little side note, the one in Commack just went into contract and my friends bought it! They close late in August!!

DH and I went to an open house at the one in Bohemia. it's a nice neighborhood and the house was cute (we saw it when it was listed at $409). it's tastefully done, but only 1 bath and it backs up to Lakeland - a very major rd. it was really noisy.

It isn't a jericho tpk kinda road but it is a road that i wouldn't live on...
even if it meant living in commack

I live in Commack and I actually drove by the house the other day and noticed it was for sale. It is on Wicks Road, which is a pretty decent main road.... a lot of traffic.. no not like jericho or larkfield but main enough... i dont think it was that set back either...
great price though, main road and all--- cant find prices like that in commack
