Boiling hot water just splashed on my wrist
I picked up the pot to drain it and the water spilled over the side onto my wrist. I stuck it under cold water and put a cold compress on it but now I am getting a huge blister and my wrist feels like it is on fire. Is there anything else I can do for it? I dont know if I need to go to the hospital being it didnt burn through my skin

do you have an aloe plant.. thats what i put on it and it sooths its right away and heals it quicker.
ETA: you could use butter also.

Put hydrocortisone on it and a band aid.
Air it out at night...
It is probably going to scar

You did all the right stuff just make sure you don't use oily ointments(oils, vaseline...) as it will keep the air out of the affected area and you want it to breathe a little.

If you have a triple antibiotic ointment, put that and a band aid.
For future reference, when you get burned, put it under WARM water, not cold. Less of a chance of a blister.
