boo, ducks didn't work out...Bald Hill for my boys for 4th of July?
I could kick myself. When I checked last Friday there were TONS of seats for the July 4th ducks game. Well I had forgotten to do it Saturday, had a wedding, 100 errands yesterday, etc....so long story short as of this AM its pretty much sold out...GRRR, my DS would have loved this!!
So, next course, plans for July 4th. Liam, our 3.5year old wants to see fireworks. So I looked around and saw the event at Bald Hill. Whats the scoop? Times? Kid friendly? Anything else there going on except a field with fireworks? We are going to go to Applebees beforehand for dinner.
Its a rarity the hubby and I have off on a holida.

We went to bald hill one year for the fireworks.
Def kid friendly. I think it starts at 9, they had some kind of music going on before hand.
Bring chairs or blankets and set up on the big lawn. Maybe pick up some glow sticks from the dollar store beforehand too!

no dice with craigslist or stub hub...GRRR. Oh well...I wish there was a fair or a festival or something too on Weds.

You should take the boys to a parade on Wednesday morning! We used to go to the one in Port Jeff (right down the main strip). Liam will love all the firetrucks and classic cars!
Then, we would walk around for a bit after and catch lunch down port. We were the family that went to the Steamroom (a seafood place) and ordered like 15 hotdogs, ha ha!
