Re: book recommendations
I never got a book. Talk to other twin mommies.....I feel like I learned so much more from people who have BTDT.

I don't subscribe so I don't know how good it is but there is a twins magazine: http://www.twinsmagazine.com I don't know that you really need a book for twins, it seems to be mostly just do it once and then repeat :O) Although I have read parts of "Ready or not here they come" and downloaded "Ready or not there they go" on amazon. It's written by a twin momma.

Re: book recommendations
I really liked Healthy sleep habits, happy twins
It helped me understand the whole sleep/schedule process
Thanks to that book, my girls are sleeping and eating on the exact same schedule, they can fall asleep unassisted in their cribs and they give us a 7 hour stretch at night (not until 8 weeks though)
*ETA that it was a combination of the book and the advice of the fine women on the board
