Books for Middle School
I just moved from elementary school to a middle school reading intervention teacher. With the tests almost over (yay!) I want to use chapter books to teach reading strategies. What are some good books I can use with 6th, 7th, and 8th grade?
ETA: These are somewhat reluctant readers (about half of them). Also, I want something they wouldn't have read in their regular ELA class.

i teach elementary so i don't have too many suggestions, but i would level them first to find their instructional level and then match them with a book. many of the books that the other middle schoolers are reading may be too hard for them.
