Books on Childbirth and Relaxation techniques??
I want to read up as much as possible on the options of natural child birth and relaxation techniques... Just wondering if there are any books that are recommended?

Ina May's Guide to Natural Childbirth in my opinion is a must!
I am also taking bradley method classes, and am reading a listening to Hypnobabies.

Re: Books on Childbirth and Relaxation techniques??
I agree with the resources above. I loved the Ina May book and just ordered her "Spiritual Midwifery", which was her first one. I also recommend A Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth by Henci Goer . It was really the gate that opened and introduced me to new concepts about labor, birthing and breastfeeding. After DH and I finished reading it, we decided to take the Bradley class to help us prepare. It's well written, unbiased and presents complex information very clearly. Get as much info as you can....
