I can't read the whole article without signing in, but I heard last night that they probably won't let him do that. I think because it will mess up the investigation or something. Anyone else hear that?

He has spoken, through his lawyer, to both the Senate and House intel committees and the FBI about immunity for his "story." Depending on what that story is, he could get partial immunity, or a lesser charge for whatever he confesses to. The FBI would probably only grant immunity if Flynn knows enough/has evidence to take down Trump, Bannon, etc.
It's going to get very interesting.

I was reading yesterday that unless he is given full immunity he won't talk, and will just invoke his 5th amendment right.. and depending who the judge is, he may not even be held in contempt to force him to talk. It also said that they don't plan to give him full immunity before hearing what he has to say, so it's just a crap shoot all around. I truly hope it works in the people's favor and we actually see the truth, but I don't see a fair and just trial happening.

I am glad there seems to be something happening. People on Twitter were saying Flynn was going to flip in exchange for immunity but it wasn't confirmed till last night. I really hope this is resolved soon, even if it turns out Trump is innocent (which I highly doubt!)

Yes. The Senate Intel committee just turned down his offer today. They just started their hearings yesterday, so it makes sense that they want to be further along with things to make any decisions about immunity.
Chances are that he made these offers privately before making them public yesterday. Flynn has been laying low since he resigned, so there had been a lot of chatter about him possibly making a deal or being in protective custody.
I sure hope someone is watching over him before he conveniently falls out a 4th floor window.

No takers so far on his immunity deal. It seems Flynn is doing this to protective his $2.9M pension. No one wants to give him immunity because whatever story he has to tell may be nothing. I honestly think that whatever they're all hiding will be uncovered sooner or later. The noose is tightening and people are going to throw each other under the bus. It's only a matter of time before the canary sings in hopes of getting the best deal with the feds.
The whole Nunes situation only added fuel to the fire. It's absolutely mind blowing how shady and corrupt the Trump administration is with every character being more unscrupulous than the next. But like they say, the fish rots from the head.

I'm hoping everyone starts panicking about who is going to tell first, and there will be a massive rush to try and get immunity. Most of the WH is guilty of some level of treason, so I think a couple of people are going to jump ship before it goes down.

Obviously one needs to take Twitter with a massive grain of salt  but there are a few folks there who seem reputable and have connections (journalists, etc.) who said that DC attorneys have been pretty busy lately. Honestly, if I'd been stupid enough to get myself into something like this, I don't know if I could take the stress.
