borderline high on glucose test

So i went for my non-fasting one hour glucose test on saturday. I drank some juice before i left and my test results were borderline high so they told me to watch my carbs/sugar.

How much do you think i need to watch?? I have become obsessed with looking at every label.

has anyone been told this before. They did not say i needed the 3 hour test. just when i was starting to feel not guilty about eating dessert

I was borderline with both my daughters and went for the 3 hr .I dont know why you didnt have to after the 3 hr they seen my sugar was fine. I would be careful but not overdue it so much that you drive yourself crazy.
