bought DD a pair of Uggs from Zappos and they are already ruined...
She wore them once on Saturday. I am so pizzed b/c I carried her against my left hip and the Uggs rubbed up against my dark jeans and the denim stained her uggs! Plus, there are some water spots on them b/c she was playing in a water table at a bday party. Do you think Zappos would exchange them even though it was our fault??
update: I called them and was completely honest and since I rarely return anything and am so loyal of a customer they are sending me a new pair! freaking love Zappos

I would try to return them and then next time try some waterproof spray on them!
