Bounding Pulse/Tachycardia
Have any of you had it? My heart seems to be beating really hard lately. Last night I was laying on the couch for a while and my heart was beating so hard I could feel it in the entire chest. Also yesterday I was in the store standing up and it did the same and I got dizzy.
Is this normal? I'm going to call my doctor about it but I wanted to see what you guys had to say about it too.

Re: Bounding Pulse/Tachycardia
i get that and im not pg. The blood is pumping faster through your body now more then ever, then you probably start to get nervous when you realize it, which makes it pump even faster. Drink lots of water and try to do something relaxing to take your mind off of it. Sometimes you have to hold your breath to bring it down. Call your dr to have it checked.

those are also symptoms of panic attacks, as well as: shaking, sweating, lighthedness, numbenss or tingling, tightness in your chest, fear of dying, fear of losing control, difficulty breathing.

I did have this a few times. I don't have any panic attacks or anything, I just think it was due to the increase in blood volume.
