Boys 0-3 months---X-mas outfit help
Anyone who had a boy that was in this age range, what did your son where for the Holidays?
Gianni is long and skinny and no pants fit him AND most holiday outfits start off at 3-6 months, with a limited selection.
Should I give up and just buy a Romper?

I think that small, your best bet would be to go with a one piece romper as you called it. They have very adorable ones in BRU and I saw cute ones in Target.

Trish, I was so hoping no one would say that. They always look so unisex to me.
If only he'd fatten up, he'd fit in those 3-6 month "outfits."

Enjoy him long and lean! While I like the outfits, I wish Andrew was small enough last year to wear something a little more festive, KWIM? I guess that's what prompted my answer!

My son was 2 months old and I found an outfit in Babies R Us. It was a button down shirt, vest, pants and tie. It was sooo cute.

Re: Boys 0-3 months---X-mas outfit help
my son was born right before Easter, and I had the same dilemma.. We bought a pair of Khackis and a Button-down shirt.. and he looked great... They have some cute sweaters and or Holiday looking shirts in SEPERATES, you just gotta look... Have you checked JCPenneys? Kohl's? My fav. for boys Osh Kosh outlet???? I always found cute things at the outlets... Good Luck!

I was just going to suggest that. Cole was 6 weeks old and about 7 pounds on Easter and TCP was the only place i could find a newborn sized outfit. Little Me at Tanger did have some more festive one pieces though.

Re: Boys 0-3 months---X-mas outfit help
Thanks girls. We made our way to Children's Place Outlet before I even saw this post. I'm happy to say that I found an outfit for Gianni and a coordinating outfit for Gabriella. Worked out great because I also had a 10 dollar off of 30 dollars or more.

Trish, I completely understand. Gabriella didn't fit in any of the First Christmas stuff last year since she was already in 12 or 18 month clothing by the time X-mas rolled around.

My son was about the same size his first x-mas.. 18mos!!
I went to Wal-mart yesterday for diapers and stuff and thought of you.. They had the CUTEST outfit I have seen in a long while.. It was grey dresspants, with almost a "pinstripe", a buttondown dress shirt, and a vest, with a sewn in mock hanky on the left... totally mini GQ!!! LOL.. 0-3.. They had some others... but I LOVED that one.. lol.. HTH.. Good Luck!
ETA: just saw your post about the childrens place.. So what'd u get??? I would love to see a pic!!
