Boys and their toys

Every time we go to a store, FH is attracyted magnetically to anything electronic. In Staples, he's always looking at the Brother P Touch label maker. I asked him repeatedly what use he would have for this, he insists he would have amny uses, although he can't list any.

I got an ad from Staples for a small one that's $20 and I have a $10 off $20 coupon.

Should I give in, or will I come home to find everyhting in the apartment with a little label on it. "Jenn's coffee mug"

He'll probably whine that it's not the deluxe one.

Well, he's not getting a PS3, so a label maker is a good consolation prize.

Consider yourself lucky. DH was talking about putting a Flat Screen Plasma in our kitchen when we re-do it. Chat Icon

I did this. I brought my car in for service. 2 weeks later FH had a new car.

But he really needed it. His 18 year old hooptie was not cutting it

That's pretty old, in car years!

I need to stay away from the dealership. My car is starting to give me crap (after 6.5 years) and I am sooo tempted. (I love cars)

DH wants a ride on mower, too. I told him to suck it.

With DH it's stereo/tv equipment. Chat Icon

I have a Brother p-touch at work and love it. If he's got tools and such in the garage, he could use it to label where they go & get more organized.

Other than that, I don't know what else you'd use it for in a house! Maybe he could use it for work?
