Bra related question
I am looking for a store that sells a corset-type bra/tummy tucker. I am going for my first fitting for my wedding gown on Saturday, and can't find what I'm looking for anywhere. I checked Victoria Secret, Macy's and JC Penney, but didn't have any luck.

I went there for my undergarments. They are sweet older ladies but boy do they know their stuff.

I think there is a store on Merrick road very similar to Georgette's. Do a search on LIW and I'm sure you can bring it up.
ETA Merrick Road in Baldwin I think.

Hi!
I went to a bra place in oceanside on long beach road in either the sands shopping center or the tj maxx one and they were very helpful - I was there for a strapless bra but i would imagine they have corsets too
I think the name of the place was marys
good luck at your fitting

You should really give Mary's a call, especially if your fitting is Saturday.
Georgette's is very good, but they didn't do alterations and I know for me I was large breasted with a small waist and hips. My dress was strapless and I didn't have to hitch the dress or my bra up once the whole day. So, I swear by Mary's - they did an awesome job.
You do have to make an appointment though.

A went to a place in East Meadow in the same shopping center as Chelsea Street (if that's what its even called anymore) if that's any better for you.
