It could be any number of things that are causing her to lose all that weight (depression, illness, etc). In any case, she definitely doesn't look healthy and I agree that it looks like she needs help.

She definitely has "the look" of an anorectic person. Her head looks way too big for her body. Keep in mind, the camera always adds a little weight. Her knees and shoulders are so bony. When I see bones sticking out like that it makes me shudder. It looks like it would be painful.
