Breakfast recipes?
I'm having a breakfast get together with some friends on saturday. Any ideas for a menu?
I'm thinking bagels, pastry, muffins and maybe fruit salad.
Any recipe ideas?
Thanks,

Re: Breakfast recipes?
My favorite breakfast is egg burritos:
As many eggs as you need (about 2 per burrito) in a bowl and beat them with a little bit of milk, a teaspoon of sour cream and a splash of red hot or tabasco.
Heat a pan up with a little bit of pam and a pat of butter. When butter is melted throw in chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and a small bit of chopped peppers.
After sweating the veggies for a couple of minutes, pour the egg mixture in. Toss in a palmful of shredded cheese, a little salt and pepper to taste and scramble.
When the eggs are cooked through put them in soft taco or burrito shells, sprinkle a little bit more cheese on them, add Ortega Taco Sauce and fold up.
THEY ARE SOOOOO good.
If you want them diet friendly - eliminate the butter, sour cream and use skim milk and egg whites.

Monkey bread. I love this for breakfast served warm. I so want to make this, but you need a crowd to do it.
