Breakfast Smoothies
What are some healthy and filling breakfast smoothies for one who is looking to lose weight? I am often in a rush in the morning, and have not found anything remotely healthy in my travels to work.

Re: Breakfast Smoothies
I usually do a smoothie every morning for breakfast. I love that its easy and keeps me full for 3 hours. I cut the fruit up after buying it at the store, so its ready when I need it.
vanilla greek yogurt banana - 1/2 (I put the other half in the freezer to use the next day) blueberries strawberries apple - 1/2 spinach splash of coconut water
nutria bullet powders 1 -2 tablespoons superboost fat burning boost supergreen

Re: Breakfast Smoothies
I use Shakeology. It's pricey, but I find that it fills me up better than using regular protein powder. I usually do a cup of water, 3/4 cup of frozen berries and a packet of Shakeology. If I really feel like living on the edge, I add a little bit of peanut butter.

Breakfast Smoothies
I have a NutriBullet cookbook that I use but when I make something outside of that, my go-to is:
A banana, about tbsp of peanut butter, chia seeds, ice and a little bit of milk. Delicious!
