Breast feeding and bottles
I plan to breast feed. How many bottles and what size bottles should I register for?

Re: Breast feeding and bottles
We used the Playtex drop ins because they have a kit that allowed me to pump directly into the drop in liner and had a cap to store. Then we popped those right in the bottle. You can also pop a nipple right on them too.
Playtex One Step Storage set
We got the gift set to start, plus a couple more. I think we ended up with 4 small and 6 or so large

I plan on breastfeeing/pumping as well. It was suggested to me to get the Dr. Brown's and Playtex Ventaire. The standard size bottles fit the Medela pumps, however I heard the wide neck bottles/nipples are better for breastfed babies (to avoid nipple confusion). I registered for a few of each!

Re: Breast feeding and bottles
I BF DS for 15 months. I registered for the Dr. Brown bottles and the Born Free bottles. In the end, DS preferred the Born Free. I suggest registering for a few and they trying them on your child. You never know what bottle the baby will prefer. I registered for some small bottles and in hindsight, would not do it again. I would just register for standard sized (8-9 ounces) bottles.
