Breast pain?

For the past 2 days I have had a pain in my left breast. It isn't like before where my breasts were sore and uncomfortable and very sensitive to touch. This is an actually pain in my breast. Anyone else experience something like this? They have becoming fuller (maybe they are getting ready for milk already), but I just wanted to see if this throbbing pain is normal or if I should call the dr.

I am 28 weeks.

If it is a stabbing pain, I had that with my first pregnancy. I had to put warm compresses on it an take aspirin for the pain (as per my doctor). The pain went away in a few days. I would check with your doctor to see what he/she suggests. Feel better... I know how much it hurts!!!
