Breast pump accessory question
So DH is going to head out to BRU and get me a pump (taking the reco and getting the Medela Pump in Style since I will eventually be going back to work)
I don't plan on pumping that much today. Just enough to take the edge off of the engorgement so I can at least lay on my side (right now it hurts to hold DD)
So I don't have to make poor DH ask questions in BRU, can you tell me what accessories he needs to buy for the pump just so I can use it today?

Re: Breast pump accessory question
He doesn't have to buy anything. It comes with everything-bottles, breast shields, etc.
All you have to do is sterilize/wash the breast shields, bottles.

Re: Breast pump accessory question
You will need breast pads and milk storage bags/bottles (dependign on what you want to use). I love the Lanisol bags. As for breast pads (to prevent leaks), to me they are all the same.
FM me if you have any questions. For the last 7 months I have been back to work and pumping. I am an expert on all this

Re: Breast pump accessory question
I needed to get larger breast shields, but you won't know that until you try it out.

Ahh, I realized this tonight. I wish I had thought of it earlier. I pumped for a while and found not much happened because it never fell into the bottle.
