Breast pumps and BF supplies to be considered tax-deductible!

My dad told me that he was reading an article in the Daily News today that said that all BF items (including pumps) purchased in 2010 can be considered as deductions when filing taxes!

I bought all my paraphernalia in 2008 so I'm SOL, but thought I'd put it out there for those of you heading to the accountant soon. Chat Icon

From what I read it only really applies to people who have FSA or HSA accounts through their jobs and those who have enough itemized deductions.

I have neither so SOL. Its like a tease of a tax deduction because it really doesn't apply to everyone which seems unfair.
