How long do you feed them for on each boob// Also how many hours in between each feeding..

At this point I don't let Ryan go much more than 15-minutes on each side b/c I can tell he is just using me as a pacifier after that. He eats every 2-3 hours but sometimes more often when he is cluster feeding.

How old a baby? I used to nurse DD every two hours during the daytime and then she would sleep all night. I think I nursed her about 8 times during the day and she got a bottle while I was at work in the morning so she had 9 feedings and then slept from 10PM to 8AM.

I nursed her for about 15-20 minutes a side but usually only one side a feeding (that is why she nursed so often, I think)

Now she is 15 months old and I nurse ehr 3 times a day and it takes less than 10 minutes total (sometimes 5-7 if she isn't dawdling)

Kailey is all over the place. During the day she can go a few hours between eatting. Usually she eats about 10 minutes on one, then about 5 on the other.

If she is fussing then she can cluster feed, but only 5 minutes at a time.

DS is a month old but he is a big boy...about the size of a 3 month old. I nurse him on demand which could be every 1-4 hours during the day. At night, he usually finishes a feeding between 8:30-9:30 and will go to 1 or 2 for a night feeding and then anywhere from 4:30-6 for a morning feeding.

ETA: I usually let him feed on each side for 15-20 minutes and if he is still hungry, back to the first boob for 10 -15 more minutes.

DD is 5 1/2 months. From the beginning she has always eaten from one side at a time, not both. She has increased from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. She generally eats upon waking (between 5 AM & 8 AM) then again at between 9 AM & 11 AM, then again at 2 PM, 5 PM (occasionally 4 PM), 8 PM and either 10 PM and bed, or 11 PM and bed.

Athan is 8 weeks old and I feed him on demand - usually about every 3-4 hours. He goes about 10 minutes on one breast and then 5 on the other. And this week we have cut out the middle of the night feedings since he is sleeping straight through.

DD si 9 weeks old and I feed her every 3 hours. Typically she goes about 10-15 on one side and then 5-10 on the other. She is sleeping 8 hours straight a night so she ends up with 6-7 feedings a day.
