Breastfeeding and Weight Watchers Points.. need help
I know that BF moms usually get 10pts, but I feel like that's a lot considering Ashley eats solids 3x a day and takes one bottle of formula... how many pts do you think I should use? Or maybe I shouldnt use any extra pts at all? I still BF her about 6 times throughout the day/night

That sounds right- you burn about 500 calories a day feeding her.
