Brief talk about storm coming tonight/tomorrow

I figured I'd better post before I had 5 threads calling out to me.

The snow will be coming late tonight (mainly overnight). The lower Hudson Valley into NYC will see mainly snow throughout the storm. LI will also see mainly snow, but has the best shot of mixed precip mixing in.

Expect to wake up a bit early to dust off your cars. Then, there is a very good shot at a break in precip Tuesday morning. Then snow will start again and continue into the late afternoon on Tuesday.

Expect about 3-5 inches, but possiblity of 6+ further from the coast. There is a shot that totals may be only 1-2 inches on LI, depending on track of storm.

I will not be updating through the day. I have a lot going on and my friend's father just passed away last night. So, if you will understand that I will not be responding to specific questions on this storm. Just know that tomorrow's commute will take longer. Be careful and may God Bless you all!
