Bris Help!!
My best girlfriend had her first baby last week and today is the Bris. I am not sure how much is an appropriate gift. 50$ ?? What is appropriate attire? Is there food served? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks!

I just had my sons bris on Tuesday. I didn't get a lot of checks, mostly stuff from the registry. When I go to a Bris, I usually give a check or a bond. I think $50 is a perfect amount. We had food served after. They will probably serve bagels, lox, whitefish, salads, etc. A nice pair of dress paints is appropriate.

Hi, WHen I had my son's bris I had bagels and stuff like that. As far a gift I got stuff from my registry and some checks but 50.00 is a good amount.

Hi for my son's bris, we ordered from Bagel Boss and received stuff from the registry, lots of clothes and checks..$50 is perfect.
