Britax b ready or city select? As doubles
I have the britax chaperon and I like the b ready because the lower seat reclines. I like the city select because both seats can see forward. Does any have wither one and I need opinions please. My LO will be 18. Months when baby gets here. I don't want side to side as I am a small girl and those strollers are just to wide for me.
Thanks

I don't have either but I'm in the same boat, pg with #2 and DS will be 18 months when this one is born. Yesterday we went to BBB to go check both of those strollers out. I'm only 12 weeks but both of those strollers are SO much money then you have to add on the extras...car seat adapter, second seat, parent console, and so on. So I need to figure out what I want now then have 6 months to save save save lol. I'm hoping to find one on craigslist. After yesterday, I am leaning towards the cityselect. I just like the seat combos so much better on it than the Britax. I feel like the lower seat on the Britax is SO low and there is no view, just of the back on the top baby. And the lower seat, the kids feet are in the basket. I don't like that, it's like the older kid is storage lol. I also read reviews that since this happens, a lot of kids take the stuff out of the stroller and toss it, which I can def see DS doing, he's already big into that.

Re: Britax b ready or city select? As doubles
I am having major issues picking a double. Was very torn, and I think I've decided on the City Select. I like that it can be a single, if I'm only out with one. Also, I like the seat configurations too. I agree with the PP that in the B-Ready the lower child is like storage.

Re: Britax b ready or city select? As doubles
Well I only have 1 DS, but I tested out the B-Ready a couple of months ago when they had the promotion of a free second seat/carseat/bassinet (your choice). I was THISCLOSE to buying one, but DH would have killed me
What I loved: super smooth ride, easy to push and maneuver, great fabric on the seats, lots of cool stuff like how the seat harness doesn't have to be rethreaded as child grows, the front access to the basket through a zipper, multiple seat configurations, also that we could have used it as a single for however long until we have another DC.
What I didn't like: hated that the second seat doesn't have an option to sit facing forward/outward. Once you have 2 kids in seats, the one on the bottom will at best have a view of the other child or the back of the other seat. That was a big negative for me.
I've seen the City Select a few times and I love all the different configurations with the seats. But I've never tested it out in the stores, so I'm not sure about how easy it is to push and steer, etc.

I don't like the lower seat either, but someone told me that you can put younger child down there. Bbb has a sale that you get the free double chair and you can use 20% coupon. It's only good till end of month but amazon is having same deal starting the 15. The city select is longer but my only issue is the extra seat doesn't recline were as the b ready it does.
I prefer the b ready but I don't know if I'll regret it because my oldest will not like sitting back there and I don't like that if I put LO in the back it's not facing me.

Really? I could have sworn I saw a pic of someone with a city select and she had BOTH seats reclined. Both of her kids were napping.

Yeah, the don't recline when seat facing forward. I was reading amazon reviews and I'm pretty sure I was told that at bbb, so I think for me this is a big problem.
