Britney Gets Back Behind the Wheel
Britney Spears is a freewheelin' mom. Despite being charged Friday with misdemeanor charges of hit and run causing property damage and driving without a valid California driver's license, the 25-year-old singer was out and about with her two sons, Sean Preston (2) and Jayden James (1).
On Friday, Los Angeles City Attorney's office spokesman Frank Mateljan told Usmagazine.com, "According to DMV records in California, no license has ever been issued to [Spears]." When we asked him about today's photos, Mateljan said, "[The case] is only regarding that particular day of August 6 and that particular matter. It doesn’t matter if she has or doesn’t have a license now."
Sean and Jayden might disagree with Mateljan's last remark. Pictured in the back seat with Mommy Brit at the wheel, the boys look very concerned about their trip.

Kids are cute, but dumbas$ mom was driving down a wrong way street with them in the car. CPS should watch the video of her before she got inthe car. The one where she lets the photog in the bathroom with her. She was def on something. What a waste of space. Those poor kids.

Really? There are tons of pictures of her driving. I'm surprised that didn't come up
with the the whole baby on the lap incident, but I guess it was because she wans't ticketed then.
I hope she at least had an out of state license, and just never updated it when she became a permanent resident of CA.
