Britney never wanted children...
Now that's a surprise!
From todays paper...
All those who wish Britney Spears would move to East Ashtray, Manitoba, get a real job, be a real mom, and never be heard from again, raise your hands. Alas, she continues to be in our faces, and TMZ.com reports that she passed her drug test over the weekend. Still, OK! magazine has a highly detailed story of her partying at the posh Peninsula Hotel just hours after having her children taken away. After offering to pay her "friend" $1,000 to go get her some DVDs, she supposedly was nonplussed about her ex, Kevin Federline, getting child custody. A source claims to OK! that "when the subject of her boys' custody came up, one of the girls told Britney, "Don't worry, you'll get your kids back.' Britney replied: ‘I don't give a s— anymore. I never wanted them in the first place.'" She allegedly partied until 3 a.m. the night before she had a 10 a.m. visitation from her children, which she missed. And with a mansion in Beverly Hills, what's she doing in hotels anyway? Star mag claims that's where she met her drug dealer, whom it identifies as a petite brunette. Spears' beleaguered spokeswoman, Gina Orr at Jive Records, did not return our call.

Noo, I don't believe it.
I think she really wanted to be a mom, that it would give her a purpose in life. But I don't think she realized the responsibility associated with them. They weren't puppies that you could give away after a while.
I think she thought being a mom would give her a purpose in life, but sadly, there are too many chemicals in her body to allow her to know right from wrong.
(I'm not a fan of Britney either. I think she's a mess. I think she's truly messed up on drugs, even medically prescribed ones, to make rational decisions.)

I think she really wanted to be a mom, that it would give her a purpose in life. But I don't think she realized the responsibility associated with them. They weren't puppies that you could give away after a while.
I think she thought being a mom would give her a purpose in life, but sadly, there are too many chemicals in her body to allow her to know right from wrong.

I recall years ago in an interview stating how she wanted to have children but as you stated she did not realize you needed to be a responsible human being to raise them plus it's hard to care when your loaded with God only knows what in your system

A: Imagine the backlash for that...I'm sure her PR reps don't want her to do it.
B. She practically has - she doesn't show up for visitation, fails or doesn't show for drug tests (although she did pass the most recent) and doesn't show up for court.
It's not like she's really making an effort.

I remember another inteview with a magazine.. shortly after she got married to K-Fed and she said that she was sooo ready for kids.. that she wanted to be a young mom. That the following yr. would be great.. a few months later she announced that she was expecting. I'll tell you what she wasn't expecting.. and it was her divorce from K-fed.. I honestly beleive that at the time of them getting married.. she seriously thought that he was the one and they were going to live happily ever after.. and that K-fed and her will be super-parents and raise the kids together as one big happy family.
But unfortunately, this girl saw her family and marriage crumble right before her eyes.. and there was nothing that she could've done to stop it or repair her marriage. And on top it all .. she's probably suffering from a broken heart too. She didn't see what everyone else saw.. everyone saw a doomed marriage.

I remember the article about her wanting to be a young mom as well. I have always said you can't believe all the SH*$ that you read about her or any celeb for that matter.

if she REALLY didnt want these kids, then do right by them and let a responsible adult raise them (and i'm most definitely not referring to Kfed!). if she wants to continue to be a mess and use drugs and go nuts, then let her. i honestly dont care anymore. just take care of your kids!
