Britney Spears Calls in Sick to Deposition
Britney Spears called in sick to a scheduled deposition in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said at a press conference Wednesday.
“Approximately 10 minutes after her council appeared they were notified that because of an illness or medical condition Ms. Spears would not appear today and consequently the depsition is not going forward,” he said.
Kaplan didn't say when the next deposition would happen.
Spears, 26, was supposed to show at Kaplan's L.A. office at 10 a.m. to face a barrage of questions, including her past drug and alcohol use and her alleged failure to follow court orders, Usmagazine.com had reported.
UPDATE: Spears' controversial pal Sam Lutfi told E!: "We got up and got ready to go. Her attorneys came to pick her up, but when she saw the media frenzy outside her house, her anxiety sky rocketed."
He said her doctor and attorneys felt it was in her best interest to not attend.

I wonder what is going to happen when the paps catch her out tonight partying!!
I thought I read something earlier that this was the 4th deposition that she didn't attend  .

VERY GOOD point!
Why doesn't she just sign them over to Kevin already. She seems to have no interest in getting full custody of these boys

If custody of my kids was on the line I'd have crawled on my hands and knees if need be. She doesn't deserve those kids.
