Britney to adopt twins???

Take this one for what it's worth: Britain's News of the World is reporting that Britney Spears is going to adopt Chinese twins. Run for the hills, the end is near!
The paper says the popwreck is telling friends that "she's in the final stages of talks with an adoption agency." Can she even find China on a map?
K-Fed and Brit are set for another round of custody talks tomorrow morning. Neither is expected to be there, but we hear part of the hearing will revolve around who gets the kids at Christmas and other holidays.

It's gotten a lot harder to adopt from China- I saw a piece on the news not long ago, which claimed that they will no longer allow single parents to adopt. Also, if you are overweight, or have ever been treated for anxiety or depression.
Then again, money CAN buy almost anything!

hell to the no, she is not a good mother to her own kids, why would adoptive kids would be any different.
I actually feel bad for her, she needs lots of psychological help.

Ditto. No way she can adopt based on these requirements:
"Couples who have been married at least 2 years may adopt from China. Parents age 30-45 may adopt a child under 18 months. Parents 45-50 years old may adopt a child 18 months to 36 months. Parents age 50-55 may adopt a child throught the Special Needs Program. At this time, the CCAA is not accepting families who have a combined age over 100.
Minimum income per couple is $30,000, plus $10,000 additional for each child in the home, including the child coming home from China. The family must have a positive net worth of $80,000. Neither parent’s Body Mass Index (BMI) can exceed 40. The CCAA has strict requirements for the physical and mental health of prospective adoptive parents. Please be sure to contact the intake manager/adoption consultant in your regional office to discuss these requirements.
Special consideration is given to US citizens working in China, families with Chinese heritage, families under 45 years adopting children age 3 or older and families between age 45-55 adopting children age 6 or older. In these cases, the adoption paperwork is expedited."
