Broccoli Rabe
A recipe calls for broccoli rabe, chopped. Do I chop all of it? I've never seen it before, so when I purchased it, I see all of these leaves and the broccoli crown heads. Plus its long. Is the whole thing good? Am I supposed to be only eating certain parts of it? I'm clueless. Please help.

Broccoli Rabe
You can eat the whole thing, but the thicker stalks are not that great... I might leave them out.

I cut stems but use the thinner stem attached to the leaves.
